Key Purpose of the Role
To ensure the efficient operation of the internal logistics and transport department, we are seeking an experienced and decisive Head of Logistics. This is an operational-managerial role at the intersection of warehouse operations, freight forwarding, and cross-departmental coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of logistics — from accountability for logistics operations, resource planning, and work organization, to performance measurement. The role also requires coordination with all key departments within the company.
We are looking for an experienced leader who can establish structure and operational discipline in a complex logistics environment. The key challenge of the role is not only technical logistics expertise, but the ability to build a management structure, manage shift work, optimize processes, and foster accountability within the team.

Candidate profile
Education:
- higher education or university degree (Level 6–7) — technical, economics, or another relevant field
Language and IT Skills:
- active knowledge of English
- required computer skills: MS Office (advanced), SAP
- knowledge of WMS/TMS systems is an advantage
Work Experience:
- at least 3–5 years of managerial experience in a comparable role in logistics, transport, or supply chain
- experience leading teams, working in shifts, and coordinating across multiple departments simultaneously
- knowledge of transport legislation and customs procedures
- experience managing a vehicle fleet, warehouse operations, and optimizing logistics processes
- ability to resolve operational issues and take proactive action
